Delete account
You can delete your Beyond Conditions account at any time, in the app or without it. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
In the app
- Open Profile. If it opens on Az utam (your path), tap the gear at the top right (Settings).
- At the bottom of the list, tap Delete account.
- Confirm that it is you: enter your password or, if your account has none, sign in again with Google or Apple. If two-step sign-in is on, you also need the code from your authenticator app.
- Tap Delete my account for good.
Your account is deleted at once. You are signed out on every device, and we confirm it by email.
Without the app
Write to [email protected] from the email address of your account, or tell Viki. Viki deletes your account exactly as the app would, and we confirm it by email. We answer within one month.
What we delete
- Your name, email address and password, two-step sign-in, and your sign-ins.
- Your Google and Apple connections. We also revoke the permission your Apple account gave the app.
- Your saved and finished practices.
- Your profile photo, your reactions, and your voice messages and photos in the community. Their files are removed from our storage too, after about a week.
- Your notifications, notification settings and reminders, and your devices’ notification identifiers.
- What Viki meant for you alone: the recommendations and messages she put on your path, and her notes and summaries of your 1:1 sessions.
- Your messages to Viki, including those sent from the website.
What stays, and for how long
- What you wrote in the community rooms stays under the name “Törölt tag” (deleted member), so the conversations still read. If you don’t want it to stay, you can delete your messages one by one before you delete your account.
- Viki keeps your membership periods for her accounts, without your name. She keeps the invoices for 8 years under Hungarian accounting law; they are not in the app.
- Your 1:1 sessions still to come are cancelled, and the earlier ones’ times remain without your name. Cal.com keeps the bookings’ data (your name, email address and the times) in Viki’s account after that, until Viki deletes them there.
- The email notices Viki received about your messages stay in her mailbox until she deletes them.
- Security events on your account are kept without your IP addresses. They, like the server logs and the backups, are deleted after the periods set out in the privacy policy.
The privacy policy sets out in detail what data we process, and for how long.
